Camp Overview:

This camp will include instruction from the HWPO Lacrosse Staff and Bridgewater College players. Campers will learn essential skills according to need, introduced to some advanced concepts in order to grow as a player, and will compete in various drills and games.

Each camper will receive individual instruction and coaching. All groups will be broken up by skill level. Everyone will be provided with a t-shirt.

Location & Facilities:

The camp will take place on the campus of Bridgewater College. The College is a member of NCAA Division III and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, with 20 intercollegiate athletic teams. The vibrant 300-acre residential campus includes an equestrian center and is located in the town of Bridgewater, Virginia, near the city of Harrisonburg in the center of the Shenandoah Valley.

Bridgewater, Virginia boasts a population of 5,203, and is located just eight minutes from the city of Harrisonburg.
